GREEN vs RED in plain language
GREEN on the status page means the published build is listed for load on current Reforger. RED means wait: pushing load while RED wastes time and can create support noise that is not a refund issue.
Your subscription or lifetime dates can still be valid when the label is RED. Status describes the build, not whether checkout charged you correctly. Pricing and modules stay on the Reforger product page.
Patch day checklist
- Note whether Reforger or BattlEye updated (Steam news, launcher, or in-game version).
- Refresh the status page; do not trust a screenshot from yesterday.
- If RED, skip loader experiments and read Support for timing notes.
- If GREEN but features fail, use the troubleshooting guide instead of assuming anti-cheat blocked you.
How this differs from PC setup problems

Staying oriented after updates
