    • Open the Status page on armacheats.net. RED means do not load the menu for today's Reforger build.
    • Game updates can flip the label overnight. Your license dates can still be valid while the file stays RED.

  2. Loader and menu issues

    • Walk through the troubleshooting forum thread before you email support. We list Windows 10 and 11 only.
    • If Status is RED, wait. If it is GREEN and one clean retry still fails, send your order id and what step failed.

  3. Delivery and refunds

    • Missing delivery and long RED windows are handled on the Refunds page. Attach your order id when you write in.

  4. What we can and cannot help with

    • Supported: Arma Reforger on Windows 10 or 11, loader access from your own order, and Cloud DMA questions tied to the requirements line.

How do I contact Arma Cheats support?

Use the support channel listed on your order receipt. Send the order id, Windows version, Cloud DMA status, and whether Status was GREEN or RED when you tried.

The loader will not open. What first?

Read the troubleshooting forum thread. If Status is RED, wait for GREEN. If it is GREEN and a single clean retry fails, contact support with the order id.

The menu opened once, then stopped?

Do not spam the loader. Restart Reforger, confirm Status is still GREEN, then try one clean load. If it fails again, email support with your order id.

Which Windows versions are listed?

Windows 10 or 11 on Intel or AMD, with HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM, and Secure Boot left on, plus Cloud DMA for full functionality on this menu.

Where is my delivery?

Delivery is digital to the email used at checkout. Use only the loader link from that message. Third-party copies are not supported.
